On 15th of December the chariventure (charity adventure) begins in Copenhagen. The route will takes us through snowy Europe and we hit Africa in Tangier, Morocco.
From there the route continues into the desert to Western Sahara and at the border of Mauritania we hook up with the military escort. A quick dash through Mauri (to avoid Al-Qaeda bad guys!) and we enter Senegal to celebrate New Years.
From there we go to Bamako in Mali, which is the end destination. The ambulance will be donated to one of the two hospitals: The Eden Medical Centre Dinfara or the The Mother and Child Hospital Kalaban Adeken.
We finish our chariventure by flying into the desert, to Timbouctou, to attend the annual Festival au Desert...
